Producing Candidate Profiles and other preformatted documents

tip

Throughout this section, example prompts can be copied and pasted into your chat with Kaiya:

The basics

Your company may have Word templates set up so Kaiya can produce repetitive documents on your branding, for example:

  • Candidate profiles
  • CVs / resumes
  • Candidate shortlists
  • Assignment briefs

On top of any prebuilt templates, Kaiya can always create ad hoc documents using a default Kaiya template.

info

If you need a template set up, get in contact with the Kaiya team at hello@kaiya.ai.

When Kaiya creates a Word document, the app delivers it in the chat as an attachment - Kaiya will not give you a download link.

Sources of information Kaiya can use

You can combine any of the following in a single request:

  • A CV or resume you attach
  • The person's full LinkedIn profile (by URL or ID)
  • The person's full Invenias profile
  • Documents attached to the person's Invenias record
  • An audio or video recording of an interview (up to around four hours). Video recordings are processed as audio only.
  • Images of handwritten interview notes, whiteboards or printed material
  • Notes you paste or type into the chat

See Using Voice Notes and Recordings for more on recordings.

Example prompt: Produce a candidate profile

You:

Give me a candidate profile for Snoop Dogg.

Use the attached notes and recording for information. Find Snoop's profile in Invenias and LinkedIn as well.

When you have all the information, give me the profile as a Word document.

Kaiya will:

  1. Pull together all available sources (attachments, LinkedIn, Invenias)
  2. Ask any critical questions it needs to
  3. Produce the profile in the most appropriate template
  4. Deliver the Word document as an attachment in the chat
tip

If you have a preferred profile structure, ask Kaiya to remember it as a preference so it is used in every future profile. See Personalising Kaiya.

Other preformatted documents

The same workflow works for any document your templates support. For example:

You:

Create a candidate shortlist document for the CFO assignment at Acme Corp, using the three candidates we just discussed. Include a one-paragraph rationale per candidate and a summary comparison.

You:

Produce an assignment brief for the COO search at Stark Industries, based on the attached job description and our conversation.

A note on effort

Candidate profiles and shortlists are reputation-impacting documents. For high-stakes work, use the Thinking or Deep Thinking effort level via the effort selector next to the message box so Kaiya takes more care cross-checking sources and polishing the output. See Choosing Kaiya's Effort Level.
